 BSc is a three-year course divided into six semesters. VISTAS offer BSc course through School of Maritime Studies, School of Life Sciences, School of Computer Sciences, School of Hotel & Catering Management, School of Basic Sciences and Department of Aviation. MBA is a two-year course divided into four semesters. The university offers MBA through School of Management & Commerce in four specialisations, namely Business Analytics in association with IBM, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Shipping Management and Finance, HR, Marketing, Systems & Production. As per the information available on MP Bhoj University's official website, the tuition fee for the MBA programme can vary between INR 27,000 and INR 54,000. The variation in fees is because the duration of the MBA programme can range from three to six years. If the programme extends to six years, the total cost would be INR 54,000. It's worth noting that the university offers scholarships to its students that can assist them in covering their tuition fees.

The MSc programme at MP Bhoj University has a tuition fee ranging between INR 18,000 to INR 45,000,  Additionally, SC/ST and Other Backward Classes students can seek fee reimbursement by submitting their scholarship forms to the State's Directorate of Social Welfare or the Office of the Social Welfare Officer through the corresponding Study Centre of MPBOU.
