Sorry to tell you but it would not be possible for you to get admission with 70 percentile in NIRMA, because the cut off goes to 80. However, you can consider the management quota for the same.

After completing B.E / B.Tech, you may opt for :
- M.Tech (in India) /MS (Abroad) to study the technical side.
OR
- MBA if you wish to move career towards management line.
- Further, you may opt for short term specialized courses related to the field.
- You may even work for 2-3 years to gain work experience. this will help you to understand your interest levels.
