Dear Ayushi, As you completed your BA (English), so every option is good for you except finance, but if your work smart & you are a quick learner than you can pick any specialization, as per the Jobs available in Market, best opportunity is available with Marketing followed by HR,Finance,Operations. Future of Management is always with flying color, because now every business needs management people to handle their business.
Before choosing any B-School, Look for your budget, are you getting ROI (Return on Investment) from their or not.

For all India quota they consider CMAT and its cutoff was 99.09 percentile if you go through MAT you can score more percentile than that in CMAT
And for cet cut off was 110 for home university and 113 for other than home university
