Yes, you can apply for M.Sc. after completing BHMS.
1) M.Sc. In Clinical Research :- You can apply for this course at TATA Memorial Centre, Mumbai by giving an entrance exam or you can also apply for this in ICRI ( Indian Clinical Research Institute ) Mumbai.
