As per the IIST admission guideines it accepts exams like GATE and JEST for admission to its offered specialisations. M.Tech admission is based on the 'Admission List' which is prepared on the rank list, an available number of vacancies, and preferences given by the candidate. 1. The SVIMS application process is conducted in online mode only. Candidates have to apply on the institute's official website by using basic details such as personal and educational qualifications. Along with that, they have to pay an application fee.
2. After filling out the application form, candidates will be shortlisted as per the eligibility criteria for a particular course. The shortlisted candidates have to appear for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds for the respective courses.
3. After the completion of all the selection rounds, SVIMS releases the merit list of selected students. Students who get their names on the admission list are then requested to visit the institute campus for reporting, verification of documents, and pay the admission fee to confirm their seats.
