There are no such strict age criteria for pursuing BTech in correspondence mode in India. But, taking into consideration the previous admission trends in distance BTech courses, students are usually between 17 years and 25 years of age at the time of taking admission.

To get admission into the affiliated colleges of BMSIT via KCET, a candidate must have attained the required cutoff rank as per the cutoff list. As per BMSIT cutoff 2024, the closing rank for CSE course stood at, 11681 for the General, OBC, EWS, and PWD All India category candidates. And, it is quite obvious that with 15k rank candidates can't get admission at BMSIT.
