Your SOP should contain personal and financial background, academic details, professional experience, immediate and long-term goals, reasons why you are interested to pursue a particular course in a particular college, extra-curricular activities, published works, etc.

You should be able to justify every information that you have provided in your SOP. Make sure that the content of your SOP is not plagiarized. It needs to be original.
