You have good academic and professional profile, however please remember in order to pursue MS from good university in US, you need to take below mentioned tests:
1.GRE.
2.TOEFL.
Besides the test mentioned above you also need to have good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
I will advise you to prepare well for GRE and try to get good scores so that you can get admission in good universities, however if you do not wish to take GRE, then you may opt for masters degree from UK, as universities in UK do not require GRE scores.
