After 12th you will have to first give JEE-mains and shortl isted candidates will be allowed to appear in JEE-advanced. On all India basis merit is drawn for all 16 IITs based on 12th marks+JEE-advanced score. This merit is applicable for selection of college and branch of engineering.

There are no M.Tech. degree offered with weekend classes. However, majority of government and private colleges do not insist on regular classes. You need to apply, take admission and return to college only to give semester exams. But if it is IITs, NITs and good private colleges, they would insist on regular classes.
