There is no add on course as such for HR. I would suggest you to do an internship with any HR firm. Do multiple projects with companies.

Hi Meera ,
Congratulations . A very good score I must say . And you would easily convert it as well for an MMS seat as per last years cut off .Well to be honest with you , the college is really good . Good in terms of experienced faculty , infrastructure , library has really good books to refer to etc . However when it comes to placements there are not many companies coming on campus for HR students and those that come, don't offer a really good Package . Anyways majorly students specialise in marketing and finance . There is hardly a 10% population in HR when compared with the rest of the entire lot . Minimum 2 good companies for HR ha

Logistics and operation management are required in almost every industry. Even Indian navy also recruits for the same. Since its a very specialised degree course, be sure of pursuing it as certain skills are specific to this sector. Globally, lot of recruitment is predicted in the coming years.

No, it won't be. However, being a non-engineer can be a benefit, as IIMs have started giving more points to non-engineers in their grading formulas.

If you belong to General, along with home state quota, you need around 145 marks in JEE Mains or a rank around 35 thousand to be able to get a seat in it. Moreover, a better rank than these will reward you better branch respectively.
