After B.Tech in Metallurgy, you can land yourself in a PSU job with some hard work-SAIL, IOCL, and Visakhapatnam Steel are the options. SAIL and Visakhapatnam Steel conduct their own recruitment tests, IOCL recruits through GATE exam. Apart from these, you can also try getting into BARC which recruits through its own test as well as GATE. If not the above option, you can give a shot at CAT for MBA. Pursuing MS is based on your interest in the subject. If you can give GATE and get a good score, PGDIE from NITIE is an option for you. All the best.

Hello Muskan,
Almost all the states conduct their exam for admission to many courses but they also offer admission on the basis of JEE Mains score as JEE Mains is the central exam and all the colleges are instructed to offer admission through this exam. But state colleges offer admission to almost 90% of the students via their own entrance exam and 10% on the basis of JEE Mains exam scores.
