Hi Abhishek,
India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
To crack the exam, the preparation requires the right approach along with the right study materials and strategy. The preparation requires focused study rather than plain hard work.
You can read guide books like General Studies Manual, Indian Politics by Lakshmikanth, Ancient History by D.D.Kausambi’s, R.S.Agarwal [Arithmetic], Wren & Martin [English Grammar], Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation by Arun Sharma, etc. You may even study journals and even watch television for important ne

HI
you can apply to the admission cell regarding your change of college request from BIMHRD to BIMM. However you have to apply for the same before you join college. If there are seats available in BIMM then you might be allowed the change but I really dont think there is any need to. All 4 colleges are treated the same. We consider ourselves a part of SRI BALAJI SOCIETY and not a part of any individual college.
All the best

Last year initially there was a merit list of around 486 students out of which people were sent offer letters according to their ranks in that particular merit list and subsequently candidates were given calls according to the number of seats left. If a candidate does not accept the offer letter then the next candidate is considered and the list moves so on. So the whole process takes around a month. And you will get to know about your rank or position in the first list itself.
