The eligibility criteria in CDS are varying according the Academy/Wings. The eligibility criteria of various Academies are given below.
1. Indian Military Academy (IMA) : Degree of a recognised University or equivalent. Age Limit and Marital status: 19-24 years (Unmarried)
2. Indian Naval Academy (INA) : Degree in Engineering from a recognised University/Institution
Age Limit and Marital status: 19-24 years (Unmarried)
3. Air Force Academy (AFA) : Degree of a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering
Age Limit and Marital status: 20-24 years (Unmarried)
4. Officers' Training Academy (OTA - Men) : Degree of a recognised University or equivalent
Age limit and Marital status : 19-25 years (Unmarried and Married)
So after doing B.Tech you can apply in all of Academy as mentioned above. So do the B.Tech.

In fact, I did MBA from PCTE Group of Institutes, it is a college that emphasis on providing practical exposure to its students by indulging them in different activities, games, exercises, workshops like RAWAR, Consumer Hub to name a few. PCTE has a well-established Entrepreneurship Cell, recognised by the government under which the students are guided by the professionals on how they can start and run a business effectively. This year 6 new startups have also been established. In case you are interested to work with any organisation once you have completed your course the college provides great placement opportunities where the maximum package offered is 12 LPA and the average is 6.5 LPA.
To add cherry on the cake the college is awarded 2nd & 9th Best College on ROI basis by Outlook Magazine. It is recognised by the state government university which makes the fees very reasonable.

No, one will not be allowed to get transferred from first year of one degree course to the other even in the same university. The logic for this is that a degree course is one whole of three years; one cannot take parts from two whole and create a new whole. Even if one was allowed what would that degree be known as? It will neither be a BA nor a BMS. Furthermore, these two courses are from two different faculties. BA is from Humanities & BMS from Commerce. There can never be any merger of two entirety different things.
However, if one has realized after spending a year in BA that this is not what one wanted to do, it is still not late. Even if one loses a year I would advice to start in the course one wants to do afresh. But before that decision, be sure what you want to do. In introspect, jot down the points that come to your mind, figure out the pros and cons of your decision and make an informed choice.
