Yes, admission to JP Institute of Engineering and Technology (JP IET) for B.E./B.Tech courses is possible without JEE Main. While JEE Main is the primary selection criteria, JP IET also accepts admissions based on Class 12 merit. For direct admission, the Class 12 scores are considered.

The college conducts semester end examinations for both even and odd semesters. The college conducts examinations twice a year. The examination for all the odd Semesters is conducted in the months of November-December while the examination for all the even semesters is conducted in May-June.

 

The result of the Odd semester examination is usually announced in the month of January every year while the result of the Even Semester examination is announced in the months of July-August.
