HI Vickrant, as rightly said by Dennis there is never the easiest and the quickest way to reputed institute.
to go fr any clinical course you need to clear exams like PLAB in UK and USMLE in USA. Clearing both the exams takes years.
If you do not wish to take this route then you can go for non clinical courses like hospital management or public health courses.
