Hi,
As you have good amount of work experience in the banking industry, so it would be advisable for you to pursue a course in finance or banking so that it can further enhance your career prospects.
As you do not have relevant work experience in the HR field, you may have to start as a fresher in HR field.
However as per your query you may consider pursuing:
- Diploma in Training and Development.
- Diploma in Human Resource Planning.
- SAP HR module.
I would request aru.chopra to share her expert opinion on this.
Feel free to raise more questions. Appreciate by giving it thumbs up or marking as best.
All the Best.
