Firstly, JIIT is a Deemed University.
Supreme court has granted stay and status quoto to the 44 Deemed Universities. Please refer to the Hon'ble supreme court orders . The Hon'ble Supreme court is the Apex court in India and its orders even "status quo "has to be abided by the Governments.
We must understand that status quo means that Pre- Case status must be maintained by all the parties involved in Litigation. Admission to part time courses is done at the institute level through a 2 step selection process (starting October every year)
· Common Entrance Test (MH-CET)
· Group Discussion (GD)
CET is a multiple-choice objective test evaluating the aptitude of the student in various areas like verbal ability, quantitative aptitude, logic, visual reasoning, reading comprehension and data interpretation.

For admission in a bachelor’s degree, you need to complete 10+2 examination with science subject such as physics, maths and chemistry.The duration for this course is 4 years.For admission in top colleges like IITs, NITs, IIITs , Bits Pilani, DTU you have to clear JEE (Main) , JEE (Advanced) , BITSAT.
