Dear abhishek,
It'S MBA which is better than PGDBM the reason being,
firstly it's a degree course and pgdbm is diploma, secondly mba is globally recognized same isn't case with PGDBM, and pursuing MBA permits you for further studies as well, but PGDBM is not considered while you go for further studies unless it is certified equivalent to MBA by AIU, So I recommend you to go for MBA not PGDBM.
