With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you as universities in US and Canada requires 16 years of education for admission in their masters program.
Well, all most all the universities in US and Canada requires 10+2+4 years of education for admission in their masters program, however there may be some universities which may accept 10+2+3+1 years of education.
So, regarding this I would suggest you to:
