Yes, you may surely pursue MBA from abroad, however, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad , you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.

As per your query I would suggest that at present you should give your 100% in studies and complete your BA program in tourism management, and once completed you may work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies like:
- MBA.
- Masters in travel and tourism.
Please remember travel and tourism sector are among the booming sectors in India, as it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
