As per your score in CMAT, it would be difficult for you to get admission in good B-school, so as per your profile I would suggest you to take CAT-2013 and various other management entrance tests and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school.
Regarding preparation of these tests I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for various other management entrance tests.
These institute offers regular and weekend classes, plus they conduct mock test on regular basis.
