Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleat 50% marks in graduation plus you need to take various management entrance tests like CAT,MAT,XAT, SNAP,etc.
So, as per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.

The Judicial Services exam is conducted by State Public Service Commission under the guidance of Union Public Service Commission.
The examination dates and vacancies may vary across the states, depending on the judiciary service requirements, but the examination structure, eligibility criteria, and syllabus remains quite similar nationwide. The essential qualifications required for appearing in this exam are mentioned below:
* The candidate should be a citizen of India
* The candidate should necessarily fall within the age limit of 32 years. The reserved categories and ex-servicemen enjoy age relaxations according to the norms of UPSC
* The candidate must have a graduation in law from a recognized institution or university
* The candidate must be practicing with the court of law as an advocate, or
* The candidate is eligible to be recruited as advocate in the Indian court of law
The applications for judicial service examination are generally opened during the last week of October every year, with the exam to be held in the month of December.

The examination is conducted primarily into two sections, preliminary examination and main examination, followed by a viva voice as final selection procedure.
