Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education, for your reference find below some of the finest universities to pursue MBA through distance education:

Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and then opting for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in IT would be the best option for you.
