Yes, you can enroll for a 3 year law. DU has it's own entrance test. CCSU has it's applications open till 18.06.2019. Also, look for private university.

Most of the Universities requires 45-55% marks in LLB. For pursuing LLM programme. It is recommendable here that not to pursue the distance learning LLM programme, because there is big confusion over Bar Council of India decision regarding this. Hence, it is better to go with regular LLM programme.

Hello,These days getting admission in an engineering college without some or the other entrance test is Utopia. Exception is perhaps Tamil Nadu. However, you can try your luck under management quota seats in some private college in Hyderabad though fees would be exorbitant. Best wishes to you.
