This establishment is meant for training for the personal of Indian Army in the field of artillery. This is not a college attached to any university which is important education for the students to get a degree of graduation in engineering. I really do not know as to from where you got this information but I know of my own knowledge since I once belong to the Indian Air Force that what I stated just now is the case and where has told you is not aware about what is the ground reality.
