Since you ae in banking, I suggest you to prefer JAIIB or CAIIB
Also if you still want to pursue CFA, opt CFA Australia

In order to appear for JEE Mains, one needs to be a science student and complete 10+2 with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Maths/ Biology. In your question , you have mentioned that you did your 12th with commerce.

Yes you are eligible to appear for Bank PO exams after completing graduation through correspondence, provided the qualification must be obtained from any of the recognized institutes.
Age:
Minimum: 20 Years Maximum: 28 Years (With certain relaxations). The maximum age limit specified is applicable to General Category candidates.

Yes, both distance learning and full time degree holders are eligible for IBPS Bank PO exam. Delhi University is a central university and has approval from DEB of UGC for distance learning courses so it makes you eligible
