Hello Dhruv Parekh, frankly speaking the admissions are based on the ranking and not on the percentile. Of course the ranking depends on percentile but more than one student can have the same percentile and in such scenario, national testing agency has a formula to break this tie and then award ranking. Your present time is quite good and I am sure with this percentile you are ranking also would be quite hi but then your ranking amongst the SC category of students will count and not your CRL ranking. No, you should have done BCA for MCA.
