Additionally, there are no guidelines available on the official website of the college/ university that claims that Poona College of Pharmacy offers direct admission to the BPharm course. However, the college does have management quota seats for the BPharm course, and to get that seat, candidates must contact the college's authorised department.

The total number of BPharm seats offered at Poona College of Pharmacy, BVDU is 100. On the other hand, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences also offer 100 seats in the BPharm course. Moreover, the eligibility requirements to get admission into the BPharm course at both colleges are almost similar, in which candidates must complete Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and English with Biology/ Mathematics as subjects from a recognised board with an aggregate of 45%. 
Moreover, the accepted entrance exam for admission to the BPharm course at Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and PCP, BVDU does vary.
