Students are largely chosen for the B.Tech programs at Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Bengaluru, based on their academic standing and results on entrance exams. The Manipal Entrance Test (MET) is the main exam for admission; however, results from national exams such as JEE Main may also be taken into account.
