Dear Mr. Baljeet, I appreciate your advance planning and that is how one should try to mold their children. I being an ex-IAF officer, can proudly tell that you have thought of a very illustrious, stylish, well paying and respectable profession. To become a pilot in IAF, ensure three things:-
1. He takes Physics, Maths and Information technology subjects after 10th and completes 12th with these subjects with minimum 60% marks.
2. He is not flat footed, his knees are not touching while standing in attention.
3. He will have to give NDA exam after 12th.

In order to pursue MBA, you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT,MAT,XAT etc.
So, as per your query I would suggest you to take these various management entrance test and score well, so that you may get admission in good institute of your choice.
