Pls. find below the Updates & Guidance required by you:
1. If you are X (SSLC) + XII (HSC) + Degree (3 Yrs) = Regular College PG
2. If you are X (SSLC) + Dip. in Engineering Courses (3 Yrs) = Then Direct II Yr Adminision in BCA, then you can pursue MCA
3. Open University System like TNOU/ IGNOU Degree programs are eligible for Govt. Employment, subject to Point 1 or Point 2 is fulfilled
4. Combined Pursuing XII & Open University Degree at a time shall not be acceptable for Regular PG Admission or Employment.

Please remember the salary structure and pay scale depends upon:
1. Educational qualification of the candidate.
2. Work experience.
3. Knowledge level and calibre of the students.
