Hi,
1) To become a dermatologist in India you need to study MBBS followed by MD (Dermatology) course [2 years]. You may sit for post graduate medical entrance exams such as All India Post Graduate Medical / Dental Entrance Exam, JIPMER entrance exam etc. However some institutes also provide admission on the basis of marks obtained in MBBS course and work experience of the aspiring candidates.
2) Some of the colleges offering Dermatology course in Delhi are :
-University of Delhi
-Lady Hardinge Medical College
-Maulana Azad Medical College
You may even look for colleges outside Delhi. Some of them are :
-Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College
