I believe that for admissions into M.Sc. Microbiology, you need to have a B.Sc. Degree in microbiology or a plain B.Sc. Biology. I don't think B.Sc. Hotel management fulfills the eligibility criteria. You must still confirm with what university you want admissions into as it may vary.

It would be great if you tell for which particular course or stream you are looking out for, as even for a particular study there are chances the subjects would vary from university to university. It would also depend on your academic score and other exams of English language proficiency and GRE or GMAT score.

It's similar to applying for any other course. You select an institution and check eligibility. Then apply directly to the institution.
