After obtaining the Assam Board 10th admit card, the students must check the details published on it. If a student finds any discrepancies or errors on their admit card, such as incorrect name, roll number, or other details, they should immediately report it to their school authorities. The school will then coordinate with SEBA to correct the issue. It is crucial to resolve these errors well before the exam date, as incorrect details on the admit card can lead to issues during the examination.

Marks in Assam HSLC exams are typically distributed based on the nature of the subject. For most theory-based subjects, 100 marks are allotted per subject. However, subjects like Science and IT have a theory-practical split, where the theory portion carries 70 marks, and practicals account for 30 marks. Students need to score a minimum of 30% in each subject to pass the examination, including passing in both theory and practicals separately where applicable.
