Your question about MPH is very clear, if you want to go to Australia and settle down there then just godon't keep asking anybody is it good or not. You may or may not get job after MPH but with the qualifications it may help you to get PR in Australia.

Usually new applicants are sent to rural hamlets to work where there is shortage of qualified talent. After struggle of two or three years your papers in Australia will be ratified then you will find more satisfaction. Be ready to spend a lot of money on tuition and struggle after that.

Robotics and automation engineering is new in this college and it will take nearly 3-4 years to adjust it's course content properly and faculty. Robotics and automation is highly technical and need good faculty. I will suggest you to go for other options if you want good job in near future.
