The NCHMCT JEE application fee is not refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal from the application or non-appearance in the exam. However, a partial refund of INR. 20,000 is available for candidates who cancel their seat allocation after being allotted a seat. This refund is subject to the deduction of INR. 1000 and will be processed within 45 days of the start of the academic session. Under all the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes including the three-year LLB programme, 20% of the seats are reserved for women candidates. In addition to this, 21% of the seats are reserved for SC students whereas 2% of the seats are allocated to ST students. As per the details available in the brochure and multiple online sources, there is no provision available for direct admissions to the LLB programme at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith Varanasi. Candidates seeking admission to MGKVP Varanasi for LLB, however, are required to appear and apply for the university-level entrance exam. The application fee for NCHMCT JEE 2026 depends on the candidate's category:

Applicants appearing for the class 12/ qualifying examination in the academic year 2026-27 and expecting their final results by September 30, 2026, may also apply.

The first step is to meet the minimum eligibility criteria and shall have the relevant documents as well. Eligible students can further apply with a valid WB JECA score. Based on the applicant’s scores in WB JECA, the seat allotment procedure is carried out.

The MG University B.Ed course fee is the overall amount covering various components, such as tuition fee, admission fee, library fee, security deposit, etc. The course fee is required to be paid at the time of admission to confirm the seat.
