Yes, M Tech at JNAFAU - Jawahar Lal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University is better than Shri Ram College Of engineering and Management as JNAFAU is quite older and recognized than Shri Ram College of Engineering and Management, JNAFAU has a better placement record, faculties, campus, etc. so I would prefer JNAFAU for M.Tech rather than Shri RAm College of Engineering and management.
This doesn't mean that SHri RAm College of engineering and Management is not good but when compared to JNAFAU it lacks somewhere.
