Hi Sail,
No, the procedure is very different in foreign countries than that of India. In Indian colleges, you generally go through written test and creativity test. But abroad, it's all based on your portfolio and personal interview. There isn't any kind of writing or drawing test.
For more information, you should consult "Edwise ". They consult free of cost. If you will apply to a college thorough them, then the chances of getting admittions in a college will be more. They will also guide you for Visa and ILETS.
All the best.

About the money, the fees is Rs 12.5 lakhs and accommodation & mess is Rs 1.5 lakhs approximately. As residential is mandatory here, the fees adds upto a higher amount but if you compare the fees with other colleges and the amount you would spend there for accommodation & food will almost amount the same or maybe a little less. The facilities, infrastructure, and placements are good here. The amount is a little high but it is an investment in your education but if you get a better college with a lesser investment, you can always go for that.

If you want to go outside India, at least 3-years are asked in most countries. You can try with some good consultancies which never asks money at first place and once you get the job, move on.

Hello! Unfortunately, there is not even a decent B-School anywhere where one can get admission with that low score in the CAT exam and the ones you might get won't simply be worth enough to pursue MBA, turning out to be a total waste of both your precious time I.e. 2 years as well as money (in Lacs). I suggest you to either reappear for CAT (or other exams as per your wish) next year or focus on the other upcoming exams like MBA CET and MAT.
Wish you all the best!
