Different colleges have different fees. government colleges and private colleges have huge fees difference.
You will have to go through the prospectus of the course provided by the college to know more about the admission procedure, fees, eligibility etc.

With the kind of score you have achieved I am afraid you will not be able to get admission into any institute of repute. You still have one more attempt in April 2020 to improve upon your score. You are eligible for a 3 year LLB. You can do it from DU or BHU. You will have to give an entrance exam to get the admission. Maybe GLC has also started this course, you will have to check that.

If we look at the last year's trend then around 90 percentile score is required to qualify for JEE Advance. However, this will depend a lot on the performance of the students in the JEE Mains exam. The second JEE Main attempt will be in April 2020 post it the final list of qualifying marks will be published. This is for the general /open category. However there are separate cutoff for reserved/ girls category which is much lower to the general/open category.
