1) To prepare for the exam, you require the right approach along with the right study materials and strategy.
2) Plan your preparation after knowing your strengths and weaknesses. You need to be organized and follow a time-table.
3) You may refer to reference books related to the course. Internet will also be a huge source of information for you.
Below are the books you may refer for preparation :
PHYSICS :-
-H.C. Verma Concepts of Physics Vol I and II Recommended both as text books
-I.E. Irodov Problems in General Physics Recommended for selected problems
-Halliday, Resnick & Wal

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So as per your profile you are not eligible for admission in full time MBA or PGDM program, however if you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM only in that case I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education, for your reference find be

First of all my best wishes because of your interest even from third year admission depends on b-school's own critiria each b-school has its own procedure your cat or similiar entrance exam score plays major part internship will give you additional qualification thats all it wont give you admission but if you get internship opportunity please take it because it will add weightage to your resume feel free to ask more dubts
