Thank you for your enquiry. Kindly find the syllabus attached. It is going to be a practical oriented training and with 50% of theory and 50% lab sessions plus you will be allowed to do as many as 10 projects. The Course duration is 4 months. It’s a full time course. It starts from 9.00am to 5.30pm & it is for 6 days in a week.

Depending on the field of your work, the courses, training and certifications required may vary.
Most departments and agencies prefer candidates who have taken some vocational training or who have at least some previous work experience.

To take admission in Merchant Navy, you need to pass 12th in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) with 1 year pre-sea training as a deck cadet.
You can also join it directly after B.Tech in marine engineering, mechanical, electrical, electronics & telecommunication, naval architect.
