I agree with Kanshi - it will be better to do a course in Information Technology in NZ rather than a business course.
IT is in the Long Term Skills Shortage List of NZ. Hence, there are plenty of jobs in this field in NZ. As per a TVNZ report dated 21 Jan 2011, the jobs listed in the IT and Technical industry had a 46% increase this year (see http://tvnz.co.nz/business-news/hope-improving-job-market-4004296).

These are the documents required for getting admission In US. Here I would like to mention that it is very important to pay attenti0on to your CV, LOR ans SOP as theses are the decision changing documents. The reason I am saying this is brcause they will represent your profile. Percentage of couse is very important but in US they look in for overall development and personality of the student.
A student with 90% might not get admission because of his lack of creativity but a creative student with an average percentage stands a good chance of getting admission. In other words they are not looking in for book worms but smart and intelligent students.
