Hi,
1. Eligibility for LLB- A bachelors degree in a relevant discipline from recognized university.
So, you cannot pursue the course now.
2. B.A LLB or B.COM LLB which are 5 year integrated courses can be taken up after class XII but no college offers that same through part time.
3. Law courses are always preferred through full time.
4. If you wish to pursue the degree just for gaining knowledge, you can go ahead with distance degree after graduation.
But if you wish to practice as a lawyer, then the part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.
Feel free to discuss further. Found this useful?
