yes you can do BCA but not from Best colleges since most of top ones will ask for maths in +2 however you can do BCA from private colleges and predecting best college or university is not so easy it depends on your budget , area where you want to study etc , so choose a college which is famous for teaching or have good faculty in your near by . . because you must have a good knowledge of your locality . . or you can discuss with your friends or someone who have good knowledeg of collegs of your area. . And if you believe that no such good college exist in your area then try increasing your search range . .
I am advising this because when you will go at some distant place for study you will find that there is no big diffrance between your areas college and this one specially in graduation courses like BCA etc. So be smart . . :)
