Hi there,
As you have given older photograph (more than 3 months) for COMEDK so it will not affect your admission process or counselling process; you just have to use the same photograph. After going in the college, just change the photograph with a new photograph of yours.

Yes, you can submit your JEE marks to KCET for rank list updating. With that marks MSR would be difficult, you may try in BGSSAP, SJBSAP, East West School of Architecture, DSATM, etc.
