With this score you'll probably have a rank of around 50k and at this rank you will get lower NITs if you want a better branch, mainly NIT Agartala, Hamirpur, Srinagar, Uttarakhand etc. but in the CSAB round you may get some decent NIT's too like Patna, Kurukshetra, Surat, Jalandhar etc.

I scored 150 marks in CUET and was also wondering about my chances in HNBGU for B.Tech Mechanical. Honestly, getting a seat depends on the overall cut-off for that year, the number of applicants, and category-wise reservations. HNBGU doesn't always have fixed cut-offs, and sometimes seats in Mechanical do remain available, especially in spot or mop-up rounds.
