With 66 marks in KCET you will lie in the range of around 7000 to 9000 rank. You might get lower branches in RVCE. Other colleges that you might get are, UVCE, MSRIT, RV UNIVERSITY etc.

No, it's not possible to get admission in National Institute of Technology NIT college with JEE Mains rank 358000 because generally all NITs have very competitive and high cutoff ranks . For Top NITs like NIT Bhopal, Srinagar, Trichy, the JEE Mains rank ranges between 4000-10000 whereas for new and less cutoff NITs the rank goes between 10000-30000. But you can get admission to the private colleges who offers direct admission based on merit scores.

According to the information, NCC (National Cadet Corps) is not designated as a direct facility nor on any of the official channels as well as in comprehensive reviews on the State College of Nursing Dehradun. Though, SGRR University, located in Dehradun (it includes a College of Nursing), D.A.V. (P.G.) College, and Graphic Era University, have active NCC; the State College of Nursing infrastructure and facilities reviews do not generally comment about NCC. If you want to pursue diploma  in hotel management, you will have to pass 12th in any stream with the minimum required marks (different for different colleges, usually 50%).
