If you under graduation is architecture and if you want to enter project management field in India then MBEM is the premium course. I dont know what you mean by CPM - i guess you are talking about NICMAR but going thru both the process and then completing the course from SPA - mbem - i personally belive that this is a premium degree with minimum intake. If not, then you can look into Aberdeen, Cardiff, LJMU, Coventry for fresher MBA.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later
