It is taken into consideration for admission in colleges of the state of your domicile. Other then that you need to check with the colleges/ universities you will be applying with.
There are many colleges/ universities like Amity, Sharda, Lovely Professional University etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this, some of them are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
