The admission is not based on the overall score, whereas, it is based on the cut-off marks out of 200 in PCM. Your cut-off needs to be at least 195 and above so that you can get B.Tech IT at MIT-Chennai.

I am glad that you are thinking to join one of the best college (i.e) PUMBA. You should try to score more than 450 marks to get admission in PUMBA although the cut-off varies every year.
